At Lystoria, we want you to love what you receive. Because we sell skincare, cosmetic, and personal-care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards on returns — the same standards that make sure every product reaches you sealed, clean, and safe. Please read this policy before placing your order.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return on eligible items. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

What Can Be Returned

To qualify for a return, an item must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In its original packaging with all safety seals intact
  • In resalable condition

What Cannot Be Returned

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their safety seal broken
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards
  • Free or promotional items
  • Bundles or sets where one or more items have been opened

This is standard practice for beauty and personal-care brands. Once a product's seal is broken, it can no longer be resold or guaranteed safe for another customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with:

  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

How to Start a Return

  2. We'll review your request and, if approved, send you return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the instructions provided.

Please do not ship anything back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed or refunded.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we cover return shipping.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We only directly replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you'd like a different product, please return the eligible item per this policy and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly so they reach you fast. If you need to cancel, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, your order may have already entered fulfillment and will need to follow the standard return process once it arrives.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you were approved for a refund but haven't received it:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting times vary.
  3. Contact your bank.
