Thanks for shopping with Lystoria. This policy explains how and when we process, ship, and deliver your order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7-14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after our daily cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays begin processing the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to get your order out fast.
Where We Ship

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard: 7-14business days
- Expedited (if available): 5-12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier, and can be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier delays outside our control.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it. If your tracking hasn't moved after several business days, contact us at lystoria.shop.@gmail.com and we'll look into it.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Keep this section only if you ship internationally / cross-border. Delete it if you ship domestically only.
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country — please check with your local customs office if you're unsure. We are not able to mark orders as "gift" or undervalue contents.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to a wrong or incomplete address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier and marked as delivered, responsibility passes to the carrier.
- Marked delivered but not received: Check around your property and with neighbors, then contact your local carrier with your tracking number. If you still can't locate it, reach out to us and we'll help where we can.
- Stuck in transit: If tracking hasn't updated in a reasonable window, contact us and we'll open an inquiry with the carrier.
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they're confirmed delivered, but we'll always do our best to help you resolve it.
Failed Delivery / Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs may apply. Refunds for returned-to-sender orders follow our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within [2] hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be in fulfillment. Cancellations and returns are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
