This policy explains the special purchase options we offer — such as subscriptions and pre-orders — and how to manage or cancel them. These options work differently from a standard one-time order. For one-time order cancellations, returns, and refunds, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
By selecting a subscription or pre-order at checkout, you agree to the terms below.
Purchase Options We Offer
Keep the sections that apply to your store and delete the ones you don't offer.
- Subscriptions — recurring deliveries on a schedule you choose, often at a discount.
- Pre-Orders — reserve a product before it's in stock or available to ship.
Subscriptions
How Subscriptions Work
When you sign up for a subscription:
- You agree to recurring charges at the price and frequency shown at checkout (for example, every 30 or 60 days).
- Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price and selected frequency until you cancel.
- Your payment method on file is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
- You'll receive an order confirmation each time a subscription order is processed.
By subscribing, you give us permission to charge your payment method on this recurring basis until you cancel.
Managing Your Subscription
You can update your subscription at any time, including:
- Changing your delivery frequency
- Updating your shipping address or payment method
- Skipping or pausing an upcoming delivery
- Swapping or adding products (where available)

Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no fees, no penalty.

- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancel at least [24–48] hours before your next billing date.
- Once cancelled, you won't be charged again. Any orders already processed before your cancellation will still ship and are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a recurring payment is declined, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until your payment method is updated. We'll contact you if there's an issue.
Pre-Orders
How Pre-Orders Work
A pre-order lets you reserve a product before it's available to ship.
- The estimated ship or availability date is shown on the product page. Dates are estimates and may change.

- If part of your order is in stock and part is pre-order, your order may ship together once everything is available, unless stated otherwise.
Cancelling a Pre-Order
You can cancel a pre-order before it ships for a full refund. Email lystoria.shop@gmail.com with your order number. Once a pre-order has shipped, it's handled under our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds
Refunds for subscription and pre-order purchases follow our Return & Refund Policy. Because we sell cosmetic and personal-care products, opened or used items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, except where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Changes to Purchase Options & Pricing
We may add, change, pause, or discontinue any purchase option, plan, or subscription price at any time. If we change the price of an active subscription, we'll give you advance notice and a chance to cancel before the new price takes effect.
